除咗日式鐵板燒牛肉炒飯之外我另一個最愛炒飯,就係中學時代同韓國同學仔一齊煮嘅 Kimchi 炒飯!食過第一次之後,港式嘅西炒飯呀,揚州炒飯呀已經唔再係我鍾意嘅炒飯 Lu!依家自己會整 Kimchi,我覺得呢個炒飯更正!



炒飯到底用隔夜飯?用新鮮飯?冰鮮飯?我其實唔太講究,反正想食嘅時候手上有嘅飯就用嚟煮,不過,最好就係啲飯唔好太熱,好多蒸汽個種。如果剛剛新鮮煮好嘅飯,
